Land Stewardship Day (Jan 19, 2013)

Get a FREE day of class from Earth Native Wilderness School! Join them for a day of work during Land Stewardship Day, and they’ll give you a FREE class of your choice in exchange.
Land Stewardship Day is Saturday, Jan. 19th, 9am-4pm at the Earth Native Wilderness School’s Bastrop Campus, located at 137 Woodview Lane.

Whether you are a current student or someone who hasn’t had the chance to take a class yet, this is a great opportunity to spend the day outdoors, help with some land stewardship, meet some of the Earth Native staff, and walk away with a FREE day of class to be used whenever! Some of the things they’ll be working on include: clearing brush, raking debris, improving trails, and collecting trash along the creek beds that was carried in with the floods last spring.

If you would like to join in, go to http://www.EarthNativeSchool.com and register as if you were registering for a class. When you get to the class drop-down menu, select Land Stewardship Day. Click here to register.

**In order to be eligible for the free class, participants will need to join in for the whole day (unless prior arrangements are made).
