Giveaway Rules

By entering a giveaway through 365 Bastrop, you agree to the following Official Rules:

• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
• Must be at least 16 years old and a U.S. resident to enter.
• Only entries received by 365 Bastrop are valid.
• No entries will be received by mail or by email.
• One entry per person, unless otherwise specified.
• The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
• 365 Bastrop will not be held responsible for typographical errors.
• Winners will be notified via email (if email address is provided) within 48 hours, unless otherwise specified. Once notified, winners will have 1 week to claim their prize, unless otherwise specified.
• If the winner forfeits or does not claim the prize within 1 week (or the specified time frame), the prize will be re-awarded (when possible), in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• 365 Bastrop has the right to publicize the winner's name and likeness.
• 365 Bastrop has the right to use the winner's name and photo, where applicable, for promotional purposes.
• 365 Bastrop is not liable in the event that the prize or sweepstakes in some way negatively impacts the winner.
• Facebook is not affiliated with our giveaways, even when the giveaway is administered through Facebook.
• This giveaway/sweepstakes is being regulated in Texas.
• VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
